Average Sales Price August 2016 YTD vs. 2015 was down in Westport (-10.3%), Weston (-7.4%), Wilton (-8.6%), Fairfield (-6%),Southport (-8.7%), up in Norwalk (+3.8%), Rowayton(+8.8%), Easton (+7.5%)and down in Greenwich (-7.2%).
